Nereida Benitez is a passionate leader with over a decade of experience in case management and housing services. As the Founder and CEO of “A Do Over ~ A Community Without Limitation,” she is dedicated to providing safe, affordable housing while fostering self-sufficiency among families in her community. Nereida has a proven track record in creating personalized housing plans and coordinating successful relocation efforts, backed by her strong networking skills and established relationships with landlords and local resources.
Her career began as a Bilingual Family Support Specialist, where she developed a deep understanding of the needs of diverse populations. Nereida holds multiple certifications, including a Community Health Worker Certificate from Temple University, and is fluent in English and Spanish. A devoted advocate for housing stability, she is committed to empowering individuals and families, ensuring they receive compassionate and effective support as they navigate their challenges.

Kenya Allen- Vice Chair
Kenya Allen is an accomplished healthcare professional based in Charlotte, NC, specializing in phlebotomy and medical assistance. Currently serving as a Medical Technician/Phlebotomist at the VA Medical Center in Salisbury, she ensures the highest standards of patient safety while delivering exceptional care. In her role as Clinical Laboratory Assistant II at Atrium Healthcare Union, Kenya effectively combines her technical skills with a compassionate approach to patient interactions. Beyond her medical expertise, Kenya is passionate about hospitality. She works as a Mixologist and Bartender. Her mobile bartending experience highlights her adaptability and commitment to creating memorable experiences for her guests.
A graduate of Kaplan Career Institute with a diploma in Medical Assistance and a certified Bartending/Mixologist from ABC Bartending School, Kenya, she is dedicated to making a positive impact in healthcare and hospitality. She demonstrates professionalism and empathy in every aspect of her work.

Natrina Cox- Board Member
Natrina Cox is a dedicated professional with over 39 years of experience in social work and community service. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Shippensburg University, complemented by minors in Psychology and Criminal Justice. Currently serving as a Resident Services Coordinator at Preservation Management Inc., Natrina has honed her skills in case management, counseling, and community linkages.
Her extensive background includes seven years as a Family Educator at Tri-County Community Action, where she facilitated parenting programs. Natrina's experience also includes roles at Philhaven Behavioral Health and Alternative Rehabilitation Communities Inc., where she provided counseling, developed treatment plans, and led group sessions. A certified trainer in various programs, Natrina is passionate about empowering families and enhancing community well-being. Capt. Russell Winder-Board Member
Captain Russell Winder, Jr., joined the Harrisburg Bureau of Police in 2003 and has dedicated nearly two decades to serving the force. He currently leads the Community Services Division as a Captain and brings a wealth of experience from roles such as School Resource Officer and Gang Task Force Officer. His commitment to community engagement extends beyond policing; he actively participates in outreach through Wesley Union AME Zion Church.
As a board member of the Harrisburg Area Police Athletic League (HAPAL), Captain Winder chairs the annual "Shop with a Cop" program, designed to support low-income families during the holiday season. He firmly believes that sustainable community solutions arise from within, advocating for community ownership in fostering growth and safety. Winder's vision is clear: a united community is vital for collective well-being and progress.

Faith A. Brooks is a skilled operations leader with a knack for improving systems, building strong teams, and keeping clients happy. With a degree from Drexel University and a background spanning housing programs, startups, and education, she knows how to adapt and lead in different environments. At the Housing Authority of Dauphin County, she led the Housing Choice Voucher Program, boosting team performance and streamlining processes. Later, at Washington Renaissance LLC, she helped grow a startup by managing day-to-day operations, mentoring staff, and improving client experiences. Faith also has experience designing and teaching curriculum for youth and adult learners in therapeutic settings. She’s known for her thoughtful leadership style, focus on results, and ability to turn big challenges into smart solutions. Whether working with clients, vendors, or internal teams, Faith brings clarity, creativity, and a commitment to getting things done right.

Ianna Coleman- Director of Administration and Board Administrator
Ianna Coleman is a dedicated professional specializing in organizational management, effective communication, and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as the Board Secretary at A Do Over, a Community Without Limitations, she excels in facilitating meetings and coordinating teams, ensuring strict adherence to legal and ethical standards. With experience as a Canvassing Team Lead at Shawmut Services, Ianna has honed her leadership skills while managing dynamic group interactions. In addition to her professional endeavors, Ianna is pursuing an Associate of Arts in Human Services, showcasing her commitment to lifelong learning and personal growth. Her role as a Delivery Driver for DoorDash underscores her reliability and proficiency in customer service. Ianna’s passion for community engagement is evident through her volunteer work with the Harrisburg Youth Soccer Club, where she contributes as a soccer coach and concession stand attendant, reflecting her exemplary leadership and community dedication.

Alma Irizarry- Case Manager
Alma Irizarry is a dedicated professional with extensive credentials in Child Development. She holds a CDA certification and is also certified as a Strength-Based Family Worker (SFW) and Community Health Worker (CHW) from Temple University. Alma completed the Standards for Excellence Program through PALO and PANO and was an active member of the Adelante Latino Community Outreach Committee, focusing on community engagement and empowerment.
As a founding board member of the Latino Hispanic American Community Center (LHACC) and a current board member of the Latino Connection Foundation (LCF), Alma plays a pivotal role in enhancing community resources. She is passionate about literacy advocacy and regularly conducts workshops to foster community development. Additionally, Alma enjoys mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs, believing in the importance of economic growth and innovation.
